The space
This stunning retreat has 4 spacious bedrooms, including 2 master bedrooms with well-appointed and beautifully tiled ensuites and a separate central bathroom. Located on a beautifully landscaped 5,324 m2 of land. The second dwelling Fila Safi is located at the rear of the property and is included in the price. This consists of 2 double beds, shower, toilet, fridge freezer and kitchenette.
At Fila Marrakesh, indulge in unlimited use of the saltwater pool, infrared sauna, ice bath, and your private gym. Enjoy a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience during your stay with us.
Two living areas offer plenty of room for entertaining, with the main living area boasting a floor-to-ceiling glass sliding door connecting it to a large outdoor deck, making it the ideal place for a family BBQ lunch. The above-ground pool overlooks the beautiful backdrop whilst being surrounded by well-landscaped gardens.
The open-plan design allows loads of natural light to flow throughout the property. Large floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors offer a seamless connection to the outdoors, making the home the perfect scenery for entertaining
